we are located in northern estates Belmont MI. 3 Bedroom 2 Bath, got a walk out deck/porch & convenient storage under deck/porch along with a shed. there is closet space in every room along with very spacious rooms! master bed has a garden tub almomg with a shower, toilet, sink & many mirrors. there is a fire place that puts a vey nice touch to our home. there is lot rent every month which is 355/mo & then water/sewage that is due every 3 month's which we pay roughly 100. your lot rent covers trash as well! all appliances included to which is washer/dryer, fridge, stove & dosh washer. All was originally in this home when we bought other then the dish washer itself & we installed that earlier this year in March. there is a community pool to, many other locations you could go to if this location was filled (we have never been but looks very nice.) very peaceful neighborhood, we have never had any problems just looking to relocate closer to family. the location is great, very convenient! if you have any further questions or would like to come check it out just let me know!
