There are two "official" bedrooms in the cottage one has two sleeping areas; possibly with some ingenuity it could become a third bedroom. The fireplace is natural gas log insert so no messy wood to carry in. The full bathroom has been nicely updated. The home is cinder block and has been painted a soft sage color to coordinate with the vinyl sided 2 car garage. The pictures really don't do justice to the serenity of the location.
