The house features a heated pool, pool table, outdoor gazebo with seating, loungers, and outdoor dining. It comfortably sleeps eight guests with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, including a primary bedroom with a plush king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom. The home boasts a chef's kitchen with an electric range, ample cooking space, and a large island with seating. It is fully equipped with a kettle, Keurig, and filtered coffee maker. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and the living spaces are designed for relaxation and entertainment. The pool can be heated upon request for a fee of $100 per night, only available in colder months. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature with a maximum temperature set to 85 degrees. The partner requires at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated, and it must be heated for the entirety of your stay.
