I've loved this apartment and have been able to manage working from home nicely in this space. Utilities (Wifi and MGE), garage parking ($135), and pets ($35) are additional costs. I currently have one parking spot (first come, first serve) which will be available upon subleasing. There is usually plenty of street parking if you are interesting in that also.
