House is on 2.5 acres near the Grand Forest so easy access to walking/jogging/biking trails. Located centrally on the island. The property has chickens and goats and is next to a big garden and orchard you are welcome to help in and reap the benefits of fresh farm veggies and fruit. Rent includes all utilities. There is no smoking in the house or on the property. The house is fully furnished currently and we can leave the furniture or take out what is not wanted. There are no pets allowed. There is plenty of parking. We will want to see proof of ability to pay rent. We will ask for 1st, last and a deposit. We are hoping for a year lease but can do 6 months.
