Armstrong woods which boasts all kinds of hikes and camping is a 25 minute drive. Wineries are plentiful and there are at least 5 of them within a 5 mile radius. The Russian River for paddle boarding is less than a 20 minute drive. 3bd/2bh vinyl plank floors, central heating, newly tiled bathroom with large soaking tub, apple orchard in the backyard including pear, blackberry, pomegranate, and plums. 1.
