Upper level of our house is for rent. This is an unfurnished 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms unit on a quiet cul-de-sac street. Located high enough to enjoy cool nights, but only 5 minutes drive into town. The lower unit is occupied so we are looking for quiet and responsible tenants, 4 people Max. Three parkings spots, we can't accept applicants with more than 3 cars. Absolutely no drugs, smoking, or vaping on the property. Excessive drinking won't be tolerated either. One dog might be considered upon meeting the pet, and a pet deposit will be required. Sorry, no cats. Rent plus GET. Tenant pays for Utililites
