This is a really great apartment... House is a beautiful 1883 Victorian right on Dexter Park in the armory district on the Westside of Providence. pictures don't do it justice! The kitchen is sharp, beautiful with high end appliances. Bedrooms are large with amazing light... Tenants have been using the stair landing (attached to Bedroom 1 via french doors) as a sort of Walk in closet. The bathroom is a 1930s remodel... charming and spacious. And there is a dining room and den area off the kitchen. 2nd floor apartment includes one driveway parking spot. I live on the first floor. I work with dogs, so you should be comfortable around dogs. I am laid back and easy going and am accustomed to having friendly and personable interactions with my tenants, and i value good, honest communication. Willing to sign 1 year lease or month to month... Pet policy is negotiable... I love animals, but needs to be the right fit. No smoking
