The hardwood floor in the living room is being re-finished. Progen luxury vinyl tile floors (color is Tanin Walnut) has been installed throughout the reminder of the home. The office/playroom has new carpet. Roxul insulation has been installed in the walls and ceilings. The custom kitchen cabinets have been re-finished and new cabinet hardware installed. The kitchen appliances are in excellent shape and the quartz counter tops look like new. Mostly new inside and out. Open concept and large rooms make this home very livable. The 4 bay garage has plenty of space for vehicles and room for a workshop too.
