This 5.5 acre Waterfront home in the middle of the Village of Gouverneur is unheard of. This older home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Entering the home you are greeted by a large sun porch. The kitchen coca cola décor is an eye catcher, this kitchen has 2 pantries. When entering the newly wall papered and carpeted living room your eyes will immediately catch the propane fireplace.
