The one car garage was converted to a den, we added new hardwood flooring in that room. New vinyl in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms, new carpet in the rest of the house. New appliances, new 20' x 20' deck. Popcorn ceiling were taken down and new stomped ceilings put in their place. New tract lighting in the livingroom. New paint throughout the house (4/2010). Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is very quiet. There is only one way in and out of this neighborhood, so, you don't have that cut through traffic. There is alot of law enforcement living in this neighborhood and military as well. Very convenient to Governor Square Mall, Ft. Campbell and Gateway Medical Center. Very, very rarely do you ever hear of problems or anything like that in this area. All the neighbors are very friendly for the most part. The paeople in this area know where the kids live and we all know who belongs in this neighborhood and who doesn't. So when cars are cruising around here, we know to be watchful. I really love this area and you will too.
