Neighborhood Description This is an old apple orchard that eventually succumbed to development. Most of the homes in the area are occupied by families, and during construction we found them to be quite friendly and supportive of a new home in the neighborhood. We routinely see deer, pheasant and rabbits passing through the neighborhood. I think the real beauty of this site is that it is in town, yet it is county land. It feels like you are in the country, yet within a block is the bike/walk path that leads along the river for miles (paved).
