New building with amazing amenities. I would stay but I have to move cities. Utilities are included with electricity, water, A/C, Wi-FI, Cable, Heat, Trash Disposal. You pay for electricity only if it goes over $15/mo, which mine doesn't. The rest is included so no extra fees for utilities. The price listed already includes the $12/mo renters' insurance that is mandatory by the building. $500 security deposit.
