Mobile home park accepts mobile homes of 1990 or newer only. All tenants must be pre-approved by Plum Property Management before moving a mobile home onto the lot. Approved tenants are responsible for ensuring their mobile home fits on the lot and can connect to the necessary hookups without any issues before signing a rental agreement.
