I'm seeking someone to sublease my 1-bedroom apartment at Fox Chase Apartments. The sublease would run from May 1st - August 10th, at which point you could take over the lease and stay if you wished. Subleasing from me would save you from having to pay a security deposit, and I would allow you to keep my deposit ($700) if you moved in May 1st (or thereabout). I've loved living at Fox Chase. It's a beautiful, safe and quiet complex in Holland that features a pool, gym, tennis courts, and dog park. Convenient location for just about everything - groceries, dining, highway, shopping... Apartment is in excellent shape. All appliances (fridge, washer / dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher) work well. Central air, very affordable utilities. Private entrance, plenty of parking.
