The best feature is the sunroom with access from the bedroom and the living room for anyone that smokes cigars or cigarettes, as you're not permitted to smoke on the balconies of this complex. This is a 55 and retirement community with so much to do! We have pickleball and tennis courts, walking path, awesome clubhouse, men's and women's gyms, and so much more! Must see!! We also have tons of fun activities that bring our community together! I only require electricity payment to be included in your rent payment. Any plumbing issues are the responsibility of the tenant unless it is a building issue.
