There's laundry in the building, as well. Heat and hot water are included, you just need to pay for the gas and electricity. There is an amazing super here, who is very responsive and really goes the extra mile to help the tenants in the building. The neighborhood is quiet and close to the N and D trains, a bit farther of a walk takes you to the F train, and there are plenty of local buses just around the corner.
