COMES WITH ALL FURNITURE AND APPLIANCES! MOVE IN READY! 4 MILES FROM THE GULF OF MEXICO AND BEAUTIFUL BEACHES! Since we got in early 2016 we have updated nearly every part of this Mobile as you can see from the pictures it is a completely updated home that we put lots of love and hard work into making it completely up to date. When we got in, it basically just needed a facelift, that we gave it! Things updated include, hard wood laminent flooring, counter top and cabnits, kitchen, all new paint inside as well as exterior, remodeled master bathroom as well as new commode. Also the rear awning is completely ready to be screened in which we almost did but then decided we wanted a home as a final destination. The washer and dryer hook ups are on the rear patio and the breaker panel is set up and ready to accomidate them also. We are really proud of this Mobile and are very proud of who ever gets to enjoy the future in it as well as we are excited but also will miss Sunshine Mobile Park and all our friends very much but are happy to invite a new family in as well!
