Portola Country Club is a gated community that features a 3 par 18-hole golf course, 3 swimming pools with spas, tennis court, pickleball, bocce ball, and a club house. This is a 55 and older community, you must be at least 55 to rent. Minimum rental is 1 month, maximum is 6 months. Rent is $3,200.00/mo. + utilities for a 1-3 month rental agreement, $3,000.00/mo. + utilities for a 4-5 month rental agreement, and $2,800.00/mo. + utilities for a 6 month rental agreement. Utilities are deducted from the security deposit after renter vacates. The utilities are moderate, due to solar, and natural gas. Security deposit is $3,200.00. The total rent for the duration of the stay is due 30 days before the rental period starts. Cleaning is not provided during the renters stay. A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be deducted from the security deposit at the time that the renter vacates. Any maintenance or repairs required during the renters stay, should be directed to the owner, for the owner's resolution. Parking is provided in the carport on the side of the home.
