We built our house with Sudbeck homes and chose an all oak package. We have cathedral ceilings which gives the house an open feeling. We upgraded with tile in the entry way, hard wood in the kitchen and finished our basement with laminate flooring. The bedrooms on the south side were given extra footage for our kids so the bedrooms are very spacious. Both the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms have walk in closets. We have a beautiful gas fireplace with hearth for those winter nights. We have a skylight in the main bathroom. We recently added a water softener last year. We have a nice size pantry in our kitchen. The living room and basement is wired for surround sound. We have a fenced in yard perfect for children and pets.
