Larger bedroom on the third floor will fit a queen size bed, night stands and a small desk and chair Smaller bedroom on the third floor will fit a full size bed with a small desk and chair or a queen size bed with a night stand or small laptop table *The two bedrooms on the third floor open into the same bathroom. Small office room on the first floor is a great office space, can be made into a guest room, will fit a full size bed with a small desk and chair or a queen size bed with a night stand or small laptop table * This room is not suitable as a permanent bedroom due to its small size and being the darkest space in the home only getting indirect sunlight from the glass sliding door that opens the room out into a little back yard area. Please do not disturb the current residents, you may drive by and walk around the neighborhood. I am looking for long term ( 2+ years) tenants. Not suitable for roommates of three.
