The cottage has an open floor plan with newer kitchen, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Fully furnished including all linens (excluding beach towels). There is a large capacity washer and dryer on the 2nd floor. The back yard is landscaped and has a 10' x 20' brick patio off the living and dining rooms with gas grill, patio table and seating for 6. Beach access is provided at the resort with 2 access points - Elephant Walk and the Owner's Private beach entrance. The house is rented for February 2017 & March 2017 but is still available for December 2016 & January 2017. Long term renters - 12 months - available after 3/31/17. The house is also available for weekly rentals - the weekly winter rate starting November 2016 - March 2017 is $175.00 per night plus departure cleaning of $150.00. 6 month & 12 month lease
