All of our homes are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. We do NOT accept Zillow applications. 3 bed 2 bath available at Colonial Hills Manufactured Home Community! Rent is going to be $1,540 per month. All that is included in this rate is going to be trash removal, lawn care 2 times per month, snow removal, water, and your property management. We require security deposit of $2,990, plus first month's rent & a background check on each adult 18 or older in the home. The whole home is electric besides the furnace, that is the only gas appliance. The home comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, vent , central air, and washer and dryer hook ups. We allow all non-aggressive breed dogs, no size limits. We do have a one time pet deposit of $500 per pet in the home and this is a refundable deposit at the end of your lease if there is no damage from the pets. We are by APPOINTMENT ONLY! One year lease and then you move month to month afterwards. Water, trash, snow removal, lawn care 2 times a month and property management are all included in this rental rate. Pet deposits and security deposits are refundable at the end of your lease if no damage has been done to the home.
