Looking for 3-5 year lease. Prefer 5 year! Longest Zillow has for a choice does not fit. New hardsurfac(laminate) floors. Updated cabinets with granite countertops. Updated baths. This house is nice! Deck on back is about 16' x 18'. Tenant pay all utilities. Dogs allowed just not puppies, aggressive and annoying dogs. Cats NOT allowed. I can't afford them! Great neighbors! Large yard. South facing so snow shoveling is very limited. Air Conditioning is evaporative cooling.
