Unit #2B is one of the two most desirable two bedroom units in the Positano building. Front facing it gets the best ocean breezes in complex. Also has a kitchen that is double the size of the kitchens of the front units to its right. This is because the elevator shaft of the right side of the building cuts into the kitchen size of the other units. Unit #2B also comes with a gragage on the front of the building which gives you two full parking spaces. Neighborhood Description This condo is located in the Positano building on Herschel Avenue. The old complex was completely gutted and remodeled in 2004. As a result, the Positano building is one of the nicest in downtown La Jolla. The nice thing about the neigborhood is that it is less than a mile from the water, but is removed enough from the touristy spots of downtown La Jolla so that it is in a very quiet location.
