The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a dining area, perfect for preparing meals and bringing everyone together. This home includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and essentials such as bed linens and towels. Guests can enjoy the private pool with outdoor furniture and loungers, hot tub access, and gym access. Parking is available on the premises. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available. The surrounding area offers easy access to Orlando's major theme parks and local points of interest. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Pets are not allowed. Events are not allowed. Guests must drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind.
