This home has it all - an open floor plan offering 2,344 sq. ft., a great room, a gourmet kitchen, a dining area, and more! One bedroom is an attached casita with private access and a full bath. The double-door entry in the front gated courtyard and the stone next to the casita makes for a gorgeous statement piece as you walk up. Amazing entertaining backyard has several seating areas, sparkling pool/spa, and BBQ, professionally landscaped front and backyard. This home consists of 3 separate bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a dining table that seats 8, modern kitchen appliances, water softener/purifier, 75-inch 8K TV, WiFi, fireplace, washer/dryer, salt water pool, and spa. The 4th bedroom (master) is locked and used as storage. The renter is responsible for water and electric/gas utilities. Wifi is free. No pets are allowed due to allergies. No smoking. If there's a hint of smoking inside the house, there will be a $500 charge. A 4th bedroom will remain locked due to personal belongings, but all three other bedrooms and 2.5 baths are for guests' use. The lease is month-by-month for up to six months only. We will provide a gardener and swimming pool maintenance at no additional costs.
