Lovely 2 BR / 1 Bath with large gated backyard. Original and refurbished hardwood floors, beautiful new bathroom and it can come either furnished or unfurnished. (The sofa is the only thing that should really be replaced, everything else including the mattresses are great.) You are welcome to keep what you'd like from the furnishings, or we can get rid of it all and you can customize yourself. Parking: While we do have a lengthy driveway, tenants will only be allowed 2 cars if they are small and we can fit our Rav 4 around the two of them. We've done it before, so it's worth a run-through. And while we are pet friendly, unfortunately, we cannot allow cats or very small dogs that run around very quickly. Owners are allergic to cats and one of our dogs can be finicky with small fast-paced dogs. I'd rather be upfront about this. Perfect for someone with pups and wanting to have access to plenty of amazing food and great neighbors. And yes that's a 15' bar with a grill, sauna and 12 seating around a gas fireplace out back. (It's our little oasis in DTLB) Landlords live upstairs, we're here to help! Owner pays for water and waste, tenant is responsible for electric and gas. We currently share wifi at the moment with our tenant so you may also get that for free depending on your needs. We are on calls all day and rarely have issues.
