wonderful, I love it.. my next home is a rest home, or a funeral home. This is an old picture.. 16 homes on this street, but NO consistencies in appraisals. huge variations. not quite fair.. When I see a 1600 sq.ft. home a rock throw away from mine that sells for $495,000. and on the market for less than a month. And the new owners are putting a $100,000. more into it, I know ZILLOW is nuts. and lacks credibility. A few years ago 80 acres sold for 81 million, a mile from my home, So. on Lindsay,and they put 5 houses to an acre, Now using that logic, IF a developer gave each of us a Million Dollars for our homes, that is an investment of 16 million dollars, Now, put 5 houses to the acre, the road is in, no HOA, Sell each house for an average of $300 thousand. You would be making some money, or have it re-zoned to apartments. And I am outta here. !!!
