The house is located in a small quiet community in the Marietta/ East Cobb area. The house has hardwood floor on the first floor and comes with a washer and dryer. There is a small backyard and it is fence for the most part. There is also a small park in the subdivision. The house also has a small section that can be used as an office. The house is located 2 miles away from the Battery and Chattahoochee River. I-75 and I-285 is also easy to access. No smoking of any kind in the house. You will be charged extra for smoking in the house. Renters are responsible for contacting the Gas, water, trash and setting that up on their own. We have a pest and termite company (Massey) that will come once every quarter. For pest, we can schedule for someone to come inside the house to spray when they come doing their rounds. You are also responsible for keeping the lawn and the front of the house clean as we follow the strict code subdivision policy. Guests are allowed to park by the pool or around the park only. Criminal, employment and credit card background check is required to rent this property. We will run background check on all adults living in the property.
