This classic West Palm Beach historically designated vacation cottage sleeps up to five people and is comfortably furnished in a classical Spanish-Mediterranean style. Amenities include: Central air and heat; a fully equipped kitchen w/ coffee maker, microwave, blender, cookware, etc; cable television with DVD in the living room; An additional TV in the 2nd guestroom, high speed internet access; bed linens/bath towels; washer/dryer; hair dryer; iron/board; private fenced backyard; outdoor grill; outdoor seating; beach towels. Good to Know: Monthly Pricing: - May through November: $4,600 - December: $6,000 - January: $11,000 - February & March: $13,000 - April: $8,000 Pet Policy: This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you'll be asked to confirm your furry friend's details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy. Security Hold or Damage Waiver: This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead. Age Requirement: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation. House Rules: Thanks for treating this home like your own no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property. Pool Heat: Pool heating is available during the winter months for an additional $20 per day. After booking, you'll have the opportunity to confirm if you'd like this added to your reservation and submit payment. Owner pays for utilities.
