We offer online rent payment along with online work order submission. Our property & maintenance staff are here 7 days a week to assist you with your home! PEACE OF MIND: We also provide a 30-Day Move-In Satisfaction Guarantee -- if you are unhappy with your apartment, for any reason, you may end your lease without a lease-break fee anytime in the first 30 days of your residency. You would pay rent only for the time you lived with us. We are currently offering 13 month leases in our Rent Control building. All apartments come with underground/gated/reserved parking - 1 space for a studio & one-bedroom; 2 spaces for a 2-bed/2-bath (usually a tandem). Utilities are paid by residents - Electricity & Water/Sewer/Trash (no gas - electric stoves). Electricity is metered to use while water/sewer/trash is by size of apartment and number of occupants. We collect two $1.61 per month from each apartment for the City of L.A. - this is for the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (LARSO) registration fee, as all of our apartments are under the L.A. rent control program. We do not offer participate in income-based or affordable housing programs.
