One bedroom for rent in a great house! We are looking to rent out one (possibly) 2 rooms in our home in North Fort Collins. Right down the road from New Belgium, you couldn't have better access to old town and all its activities with the quiet neighborhood feel. You would be moving in with 3 room mates, 2 of which are dating and share the master bedroom. We currently have an office space that has been used as a bedroom for years prior that we also are potentially looking to rent. Must be clean, kind, and a good fit for our home. We are close friends and enjoy spending time together either going to concerts (jam band and blue grass), playing some frisbee golf, watching UFC, or just sharing laughs together. We do not "party" anymore and the most active you would see at the home is a birthday party or local concert Saturday night after the show. We all work full time during the week as well. Almost forgot the most important - you will also have 2 dog room mates! Additional dogs are welcome but let's chat if this is something you are interested in. Utilities average anywhere from 90-110 a month. Street parking only
