Room for Rent in a Great North Fort Collins Home! We're looking for a kind, clean, and easygoing roommate in their late 20s/30s to join our home in North Fort Collins. We may have one or possibly two rooms available, depending on the right fit. Location, location, location! We're just down the road from New Belgium, with super easy access to Old Town, restaurants, breweries, concerts, and everything Fort Collins has to offer while still having that quiet, comfortable neighborhood feel. A little about the house & us You'd be living with three roommates, two of whom are a couple and share the master. We're all close friends and genuinely enjoy spending time together, but we also appreciate having our own lives and space. We're in our young 30s, work full-time during the week, and have officially graduated from the "every weekend is a party" phase . That said, we definitely still know how to have a good time. You might find us: Going to concerts Playing a round of disc golf or ball golf Enjoying Sports TV Grabbing a drink or checking out something happening in Old Town Hiking & Camping Or just hanging out at home, spending time together We're not a party house, but we're also not boring. The occasional birthday gathering or late Saturday night after a concert is about as wild as things get. And now for the most important roommates our two dogs! They're very much part of the household, so being a dog person is definitely a plus. Additional dogs may be welcome depending on the situation, so if you have a pup, let's chat! We also have an office/bonus room that has previously been used as a bedroom, so we may potentially be looking to rent that space as well.
