The access to the Loberg Lake behind the house is about 1/4 mile down the road. In the winter the lake can be accessed from the property. Perfect spot to get the real Alaska vibe with being close to everything you need. There is free laundry onsite that is located in the laundry room right outside the unit door. Tenant only pays electric. Owner pays gas, trash, water. Tenant is only responsible for electric. Each unit has it's own meter.
