I guess they get kickbacks from too many realty companies to allow me to list it by owner. 4/10 - Covid hit the peak in DFW 2 days ago on Tuesday or Wednesday. I have a good feeling that we will begin the recovery about the end of April. Don't miss out on doing the things you need to do with your time off. Take time for your family. Reduce clutter in your life, stay healthy and exercise. Ignore the media. I'm seeing about 2% of our acute care facility in current use in our major health care systems are currently occupied at Baylor healthcare systems and at HCA as well as the Presby system. We are actually in good shape at this point and we could be reactivating the economy but I'm now seeing the political and economic drive in this event and I can see what's really going on from the medical point of view. Roof and other all good. 12/01/2019 - I replaced the gas line with 1.5" poly pipe from the meter to the house. I am having the home inspected this week by a certified home inspector. I will get comps as well. Sale - as is. No repairs will be made. You may inspect the home and, of course, do your own diligence as you see fit. This is my protocol for FSBO. Thank you.
