We are a controlled access community featuring wide open green spaces with walking and biking trails. The Venue At Greenville also centers on a residential lifestyle that gives you access to Dallas, the bus lane, North Park Mall and fine dining.We are just within walking distance to the Dart train station. Also, we are offering some great specials on select units. The application fee is $50 per person, deposit is $300 for a 2bedroom & $200 for a 1bedroom & admin fee is $100 (due at move in). We are a pet friendly community. Our pet fee is $300 and monthly pet rent is $10. We do not allow any aggressive breeds and our pet weight limit is40 lbs.
