THIS IS A GREAT DEAL FOR THE RIGHT PERSON ONLY. (the house is currently occupied by the way, so don't knock on the door or anything without for setting an appointment.)The house is in decent condition, it's in a safe area, a great street (lots of people walking dogs, jogging, Prius in driveways, etc), and rent is low. But, it hasn't been completely updated. Paint on walls is not great, floors are not sanded with polyurethane, kitchen is not updated. So the quid pro quo is living cheap in a great neighborhood with a great yard, in exchange for few frills. It DOES have brand new HVAC, washer/dryer, small dishwasher, a big flat back yard, and a big water tight shed in the back. It also has a large room that would make a great office/work area. Again, this is for the right person only. Just because it's cheap doesn't mean we won't check credit and backgrounds. No axe murderers need apply. Thanks Josh Thanks! Josh and Tate
