Cabin on five beautiful wooded acres! Need to reboot, refresh, and relax? Or just looking for a deluxe hunting shack where the world won't find you? It's not fancy, but completely livable. It's a small Single Wide manufactured two bedroom home disguised as a cedar sided cabin (on two sides) with an amazing amount of storage. The 3 season porch with a wood stove adds a tremendous amount of living space, and could be easily finished off. Instead of a garage, two Conex boxes with a lean-to between should take care of storing ATV's, a boat, tools, and all of the other things we think we need. Plenty of deer and wildlife with a deer stand to view them. Selling As-Is, and furnishings in home are included. Close to Lake Petenwell, Rome, Sand Valley and Dyracuse Park!
