The unit itself is fully furnished; you will want to supply your own bed and dresser. There is a small television wall mounted in the room that would be available for your use. If you wanted to mount your own, you could certainly do so. If you have your own apt furnishings that you want to hold onto, you may be able to store them in the loft area, though of course size and quantity will be a factor. Pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils would be shared unless you prefer to use your own, in which case you will be provided a kitchen cabinet and drawer for your utensils.
