You'll be right across the street from the Deer Valley Mid-Mountain base and all the Mountain Biking, Hiking and Summer fun. Available April 1st-November 30th. Fully Furnished with one King Bedroom, One Queen Bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms. Three full bathrooms and Fully equipped kitchen. Unit will come fully furnished but tenant will need to supply all linens. (bed sheets and comforters, bath towels, dish towels) There is a year round swimming pool and hot tub available on premises and you have a private hot-tub on the deck overlooking the Deer Valley resort. You are directly across from the Stein Eriksen and Deer Valley Resort. Access to the Free Park City transit system is right across the street. Tenant will be responsible for Gas and Electricity. All other utilities including Cable, Internet, Water and HOA fees are included in rental price. A maximum of 3 persons will be allowed to co-habitate in this unit. If any house rules/HOA rules are broken the lease will be immediately terminated and tenants will be evicted. Tenant will need to agree to monthly maid service, included in rental price. This is a NO PETS and NO SMOKING of any kind unit and complex. The HOA has the right to fine and evict tenants that break these rules. They have a no tolerance policy. We do not allow smoking of any kind in the unit or on the balcony. There is some flexibility in move in date. THERE IS NO FLEXIBILITY IN MOVE OUT DATE. Failure to move from the premises by November 30th will result in a rent increase equal to a 90% nightly occupancy rate. Tenant will pay Electricity and Gas. Minimum 3 month lease.
