I have a room for rent in a 2 bedroom in-law in Glenn Park: a ten minute walk to the bart station, less than 5 minutes drive to 101/280 highway entrance and 2 blocks away from tons of great places to eat and hangout on Mission Street. The place was just renovated, freshly painted, brand new hardwood floor installed and brand new appliances in a full kitchen. There is access to the patio and among other amenities, the living room has a 55" 4K TV, a brand new sectional couch and a super comfy recliner. Your room has a good size closet and it's 10x10 - same size as mine where I have a queen size bed, a big dresser and a night table and it still feel very spacious. About me: 35yo male working in biotech in SSF. I like to work out, play soccer and guitar, and overusing Postmates regularly!
