Get away from it all, build your home and relax and watch the wild life or get out and take those walks around the trails. There is a front line of cedar along the road, left for privacy, I'm guessing. Once you clear that line, the property opens up and more of the cedar has been cleared so it's easy to walk up the hill and take in the fantastic views. Great building sites. There is a seasonal creek that will run when the weather permits, but it's a great place for hiking right now. Take you time to absorb it all.
