Good Jobs are preferred. Rent is expected to be paid on time, I charge late fees if you don't pay on time. I will evict you, especially if you are late on paying rent early in your tenancy. I will hold the house for you for up to 45 days to allow you to get the remainder of the money, if you pay the security deposit. Tenant pays utilites. New gas furnace and whole house air system in place. Lawncare is provided by landlord. Refrigerator and Stove included. No Smoking. Would consider Pets with additional $50 per pet/month fee. First month, Last Month, and security deposit up front prefered. Just so you know, if you want to rent my house, I am going to ask you questions. That is how this works. When you send me a message, I will reply with questions for you to answer. If you do not want to type answers, then call me. I will ask you the same questions over the phone. The questions are: Name and Current address? Why are you moving? When do you plan on moving? How many people will be living in the house? Approximately, what is the monthly income for the wage earners in the house? Employer information? Do you or anyone who will be living in the house have pets? If so explain. Do you or any of your co habitants Smoke? Have you ever been evicted? If yes explain. Can I ask for references from your former landlords and your employer? Are you willing to submit to a credit and background check?
