Great area Close to everything in the middle of the city on quiet street. Large back yard with automatic sprinkler system, washer & dryer set up in the garage, nice Finished, Laminated and Linoleum floors, refrigerator, oven range, small dishwasher, water softener, fireplace. Best landlord in town! No really, ask my other tenants down the street, that will be some of your new neighbors. Tenants pay utilities - I have rented the place for 20 years on a month to month basis. That way if you move for a different job, etc you don't have to worry about trying to get out of a longer lease contract. This nice old house in an established great area of town has always rented out quickly. Pets are always welcome unless they destroy the place! Then they are not. It is the tenants responsibility to maintain the inside and outside of the property in the condition as they received it upon move in so as to be nice for the following tenants (on down the road of course ) as you won't want to leave one of the Truly nicer neighborhoods in Riverside.
