Otherwise, you will cool off in the ocean or our shared yard shower, and probably want to use an oscillating floor fan. There is one small, new wall heater for colder nights (rarely ever needed). This price includes water and trash service, one off-street parking space dedicated to you in the alley and free, on-site laundry shared with one other cottage on the lot, a small area for storage of bikes and surfboards.
