Inside is very cozy and the layout is great for having lots of light in the house. Has a great attic space for playing (that's what I did as a kid) or to store some things. Backyard will be good for playing. You will be allowed to build a shed in the backyard if you desire so that you can park in the garage space. Entertainment center in images is available if you wish to use it. Decor is definitely 50s but the house is very homely. Neighbors are very friendly. Lots of shopping and dining very close by. Brand new refrigerator, gas range, and water heater. Furnace and AC was recently installed about 3 years ago as well. Please answer questionnaire in Lease Summary section.
