Small community of friendly and respectful neighbors. Access to laundry machines in the basement. Fantastic, beautiful, clean, fun neighborhood. All utitilities - pg&e, water, wifi/internet - are included in total rent. Non smoking tenant, no smoking anywhere on the property.
