We lived in this home from 2004-2012. The neighborhood is very friendly and walkable. From coffee shop culture at your doorstep to nightlife on Broadway, groceries two blocks away, there's really no need to ever leave the neighborhood or even have a car. Harvard is one of the most beautiful streets in Seattle, lined with ancient trees that create a beautiful spring bloom. Lots of parks within walking distance, we enjoyed the residence both as a married couple and raising our son from 0 to 5.
