    Open house viewing Tuesday 4:30-7pm. I prefer to rent to a single quiet person. Quiet apartment (no commercial plane noise, quiet neighborhood) with an incredible view. Incl. water, electric and internet. Amazing view from all indoor and outdoor living areas. Every morning, you'll awaken and see what a beautiful world we live in. The summer highlight is the fireworks , where you can see the fireworks from all 4 barges as well as Coronado and a few others. There is a garden with fruit trees and you are free to plant veggies or flowers. Square footage is uncertain. Indoors is about 300sf. Outdoor is over 500sf. The entire apartment is new. New flooring, kitchen, bathroom, appliances, furniture. Lots of stairs to get to the entry. A pet will be considered for an extra fee. This apartment is in the back of a private home and has its own entrance. You have access, through a separate room, to our shared laundry room. Comes mostly furnished. Street parking. Gas, water, electric, and internet are included. Last months rent is due at signing of lease. Tenant is responsible for minor maintenance (unclogging drains and similar) No smoking Street parking.
