Brand new roof was put on in January 2015 by Snow Peak Enterprises. We also have a speaker system throughout the house, also out to the back yard, that you can hook up a stereo system to. This neighborhood is very quiet, not much traffic at all. Very clean. The lawns and homes are kept up quite nicely. You can tell people have pride in their homes.
